Bespoke Construction Group (BCG) was approached by a client who had recently purchased a listed Georgian manor house. The property comes with inherited plans that do not fully align with the client’s vision for a modern family home. BCG has been tasked with refining these plans and bringing them to life, ensuring the transformation respects the historical integrity of the property while addressing the client’s needs for functionality and modern living.

Project Scope

1. Extension

A two-storey masonry extension was designed and constructed, more than doubling the footprint of the original house. The extension was clad with GRP mouldings, ensuring a seamless integration with the Georgian styling of the existing manor house. Additional features included a double garage, raised terrace area, and balconies, offering both practicality and aesthetic appeal.

2. Full Renovation of the Existing Property

Comprehensive updates are still being carried out, including a full re-wire and installation of a modern heating system. The renovation incorporates smart home integration, providing the client with cutting-edge technology for convenience and efficiency.

3. Technology Integration

The project includes a full Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) contract design, which has been meticulously coordinated by BCG in collaboration with relevant specialists.
