Stuart Deadman
Managing Director
As the Managing Director of Bespoke Construction Group Ltd, Stuart’s main responsibilities consist of building relationships with our clients and pushing projects along the appropriate chains of operations. Stuart is a problem-solver and fulfils his role by leading and connecting with his “power team” who are all leaders in their own right and each have a part to play.
A client’s first interaction with Stuart will likely be at the initial meeting in which he plays a pivotal role. From the very beginning, Stuart will be working hard to identify a solution that will work for the client, and with a keen eye for design and a personable approach, he’s an invaluable asset at this initial stage, getting to know both the project and the client.
Scott Deadman
Operations Director
Operations are critically important to the success of our construction company and through Scott, we are supported by an Operations Director who ensures that our objectives are met efficiently and effectively, proving him to be an asset to our company. high standards and attention to detail and quality.
Tom Rushton
Pre Construction Director
For our pre-construction needs, Tom is the man. As leaders in our industry, we know that there are several stages to high-end construction, all of which should be treated with the same importance.
Tom’s professionalism and ever evolving knowledge and skills gives this stage of our projects the value it deserves.
Carl Malkin
Finance Director
Carl holds the unique ability to assume various roles at Bespoke, balancing each as effectively as required.
With regards to business and operational processes, Carl assists Stuart by handling commitments such as networking, budgeting, financial forecasting, and additionally, he is a consistent support to the team in and outside of the office

He ensures our larger projects are always on track regarding planning, budgeting, team management, quality control, and more.

Interior Designer
The interior design of a high-end living space is just as important as the design and construction processes. Interior design enhances the appeal, charm and character of the spaces we create. Uniquely, we offer our own Interior Designer to our clients, assisting us where needed.

Quotations & Estimates
It’s vital that we provide accurate and dependable quotations and estimates and this aspect of operations at Bespoke is spearheaded by Kieran. He lends his expertise to proposing quotations and estimations that our clients can confidently rely on.

Finance Manager
As far as our finances are concerned, all is managed by Mark. With an extensive career in finance and accountancy, he holds a plethora of important responsibilities at Bespoke Construction Group, such as handling accounts, VAT, payroll, PAYE, and subcontractor returns.
