Managing Director
Responsible for overall direction and client relationships across every scheme, regardless of sector. The main point of contact for architects and developers at the relationship-building stage.

Tom Rushton

Pre-Construction Director
Responsible for RIBA Stage 1 to 4 engagement, value engineering and cost and buildability advice before a project reaches site. The named source for the Our Process page and much of the Insights content.

Scott Deadman

Operations Director
Responsible for day-to-day site delivery and programme management across live schemes.

Carl Malkin

Finance Director

Carla Goodyear

Legal Counsel
Responsible for contracts, compliance and client agreements.
