Here at this property in Dereham, Bespoke Construction Group were delighted to be invited to add an extension to the rear of a detached property, to create a wonderful open plan kitchen diner entertaining space, and utility room.
Originally the property had a small kitchen at the rear, and the extension added an additional 22.5sqm of space creating a huge space with bi-folds to open up into the garden, just perfect for the warmer months.
