Conversion and extension of an existing beach house in Heacham, Norfolk.
For this new build in Heacham, Bespoke Construction Group demolished an existing large beach hut and built a luxury two-storey, 3-bedroom coastal home.
The house is a masterpiece of contemporary design. It is based on a steel frame and finished inside and out to the highest possible standard. One notable highlight is the feature curved staircase, which leads up to an open-plan living space. We also built an incredible cylinder lift, allowing alternative access to the first floor.
The kitchen breakfast room boasts a sleek gloss-white finish, quartz worktops, and integrated appliances. Each bathroom has been meticulously created, with luxurious fittings throughout that carefully integrate with the wider décor.
Opening the two large bi-fold doors on the first floor, you enter a covered balcony terrace. The glass here is fitted with ‘invisible’ glazing, allowing uninterrupted views of the stunning North Norfolk dunes and the North Sea.
