We’re so pleased to be able to share the completed pictures from this renovation and extension of a character property in the golden triangle area of Norwich.

Here we completely opened up the back of the home, knocking through an old cold conservatory and small kitchen space, and creating a large open plan kitchen diner space with huge ceiling light and bi-fold doors opening into the garden. The space is massively complimented by the modern micro cement flooring. In addition we also made the cellar of the property a useable space, by installing flooring and lighting, installed new modern crittall doors through to the lounge, decorated the hallway and stairs and completed a bathroom renovation.

Bespoke Construction Group were instructed to undertake the renovation of a wonderful victorian terraced home in the popular golden triangle area of Norwich in Norfolk.

The renovation works included removing an old cold conservatory room, and slim kitchen, and creating a huge open plan, modern kitchen diner space with bi-fold doors, ceiling lights and a remarkable micro-cement floor. We then replaced some internal doors, and decorated the hallways and staircase to modernise the property.

Included in the Renovation was also a basement conversion, to a create a useable space so that it now has flooring and lighting and can be used for extra storage. And also a beautiful bathroom renovation to the ensuite upstairs.
