The Project Brief:
This new build project aimed to create a high-specification eco-home that combined sustainability with ultimate luxury. Bespoke Construction Group was invited to tender by the project’s architect (acting on behalf of the client) and quickly built a close working relationship with them. The brief called for a timber frame structure, energy-efficient features, and a seamless integration of a swimming pool into the property.
