We designed a stunning single-storey rear extension that seamlessly integrated with the existing house, creating a spacious and light-filled kitchen diner. Key features of this project included:

  • Open-Plan Living: We removed the dividing wall between the kitchen and dining room to create a generous open-plan space, perfect for modern family life.
  • Barn-Style Doors: To maintain a sense of separation between the lounge and the new kitchen diner, we installed stylish barn-style sliding doors. These add a touch of rustic charm while allowing light to flow between the spaces.
  • Seamless Indoor-Outdoor Flow: Sleek anthracite sliding patio doors connect the kitchen diner to the garden, creating a seamless transition between inside and outside. This not only enhances the sense of space but also floods the room with natural light.
  • A Roof Lantern as a Centrepiece: A striking roof lantern was incorporated into the extension’s design, bathing the kitchen diner in natural light and creating a bright and airy atmosphere.
  • Utility Room Refresh: In addition to the extension, we renovated the existing utility room, installing new units and a door to give this functional space a fresh, modern look.
