Bespoke Construction Group (BCG) undertook a remarkable project to transform an abandoned quarry into a vibrant site for three high-specification family homes. All three homes are set to be completed in 2025, with one plot featuring a luxury indoor swimming pool and all properties incorporating state-of-the-art technology for modern living.

Durable and energy-efficient aluminium fixtures were installed to enhance the sleek, modern aesthetic of the properties while maintaining functionality and sustainability.
3. Swimming Pool Construction
In collaboration with J’s Pools, a luxury indoor swimming pool was seamlessly integrated into the design of one of the homes, adding an extra layer of indulgence.

BCG partnered with Core Tech to incorporate high-end technology systems into all three homes, ensuring they met the demands of modern living.

Each home features bespoke finishes that reflect the versatility of BCG’s craftsmanship. Materials used include:

- Cedar cladding
