Bespoke Construction Group (BCG) undertook a remarkable project to transform an abandoned quarry into a vibrant site for three high-specification family homes. Each home was uniquely designed and finished to reflect the individual tastes and needs of the owners. All three homes are set to be completed in 2025, with one plot featuring a luxury indoor swimming pool and all properties incorporating state-of-the-art technology for modern living.

Project Scope

The homes were constructed using a combination of steel and timber frames, ensuring structural integrity while enabling unique architectural designs.

2. High-End Aluminium Windows and Doors

Durable and energy-efficient aluminium fixtures were installed to enhance the sleek, modern aesthetic of the properties while maintaining functionality and sustainability.

3. Swimming Pool Construction

In collaboration with J’s Pools, a luxury indoor swimming pool was seamlessly integrated into the design of one of the homes, adding an extra layer of indulgence.

4. Technology Integration

BCG partnered with Core Tech to incorporate high-end technology systems into all three homes, ensuring they met the demands of modern living.

5. Unique Material Finishes

Each home features bespoke finishes that reflect the versatility of BCG’s craftsmanship. Materials used include:

  • Corten steel
  • Zinc
  • Norfolk flint
  • Cedar cladding

The BCG in-house interior designer has worked with each homeowner to develop the internal finish they require.
