Fourteen executive homes delivered across two phases in Hockering, Norfolk, working with architect Holt Architecture, on a programme that spanned a significant, externally imposed interruption.
Phase 2 of the scheme was halted by the COVID-19 pandemic, a disruption entirely outside the programme’s control. Picking the scheme back up and delivering it to the same standard as Phase 1, rather than treating it as a separate, lesser project, was the real test.
Traditional masonry construction with air source heat pumps, gable glazing and oak and glass atriums, delivered in coordination with Holt Architecture across both phases of the scheme.
