First up, in this new build transformation, we had to demolish this beach hut that stood where our new home was going to be built. With the demolished hut out of the way, we could begin creating this breathtaking coastal property.

For our last pick of our best new build before and after projects, we have this custom house Bespoke Construction Group had the pleasure of building a few years back.
Our client for this project was beyond pleased with what we had achieved, and our following was so impressed when we shouted about this project on our socials.
This beautiful brick chalet bungalow provides a more classic home than our last two entries in this blog, but it is just as outstanding – a real “dream home”.
